With a bold mix of residential towers, commercial town houses, luxury villas, and entertainment hubs, the development offers a wide range of vibrant, future-ready lifestyles.

We are leading the full Interior Design development and coordination for 25 towers — 23 residential and 2 office — ensuring a unified yet differentiated visual identity.

A total of 10 unique interior design concepts are being developed and strategically distributed across the towers to create variation, character, and a sense of place within the urban fabric.

Our scope covers the full process from Pre-Concept to Tender Documentation, including Public Areas, Amenities, and for residential towers, Show Units, Mock-Up Units, and Handover Apartments. The work coordinates all involved disciplines and stakeholders to deliver a seamless, high-quality design narrative.
