Co Loa High Rise Architecture

This landmark development re-imagines high-rise living and working through a bold, integrated design approach. Comprising six residential towers, three office towers, and one hotel with a convention center—each rising 45 floors— the project brings together diverse programs within a unified architectural vision.

The full scope was managed from Concept Design to Construction Documentation, with esponsibilities spanning Architecture, Façade Design, and Guardianship. AA ensured the integrity of the project across all phases—coordinating with consultants, overseeing deliverables, and upholding the design vision through every detail and decision.
