Rising on the banks of the Saigon River, Grand Marina, Saigon is the world’s largest Marriott-branded residences - setting a new benchmark for residential excellence in Asia.

In collaboration with Masterise Homes, we managed the sourcing, procurement, and logistics for 230 private residences and all common areas and amenities. Our comprehensive scope included fully fitted kitchens, bespoke wardrobes, timber doors and flooring, as well as custom and loose furniture — each curated and delivered to meet JW Marriott and Marriott’s rigorous brand standards.

Every product was developed with meticulous focus on quality, detail, and performance — from material selection and manufacturing supervision to international shipping and on-site installation. By maintaining control over each phase, we ensured consistency, durability, and aesthetic alignment across the entire project.
