This landmark development was entrusted with the sourcing, procurement, and delivery of key interior elements across 81 residences and the building’s public areas. Our scope included the supply of fully integrated kitchens, bespoke loose furniture, timber doors, and wardrobes — each carefully selected and custom-produced to meet The Ritz- Carlton’s exacting brand standards.

Working closely with European suppliers, we ensured full alignment with design intent, quality benchmarks, and delivery schedules. Every item was manufactured, quality controlled, and shipped with precision, reinforcing the project’s commitment to excellence at every touchpoint.
